Specifically designed to organize the multitude of documents associated with mortgages. 25 pt. pressboard cover contains eight 11 pt. Manila dividers (Insurance, Tax & Assessment Receipts, Mortgage, Title Papers, Attorney's Opinion, Appraisal, Credit Reports, Application). Includes jacket for papers that cannot be punched. Cover accommodates 1" of expansion and features a matching-color, tear-resistant-tape-reinforced spine. Includes a flat metal tab and insert along with a fastener compressor. Folder Size: Legal; Total Number of Dividers: 8; Total Number of Fasteners: 1; Max Folder Expansion: 1".
