The Skullerz 8975 Class C (Conductive) Safety Helmet features a unique, vented shell and a flexible, open-frame, six-point suspension system to provide heavy-duty, yet lightweight and comfortable, all-over-head protection from top, side, front and back impacts. Adjustable exterior venting allows the wearer to remain cool in hot, dry weather by opening the vents or to remain warm and dry in cold, wet weather by closing the vents. The compact shell's smaller, low-profile brim helps improve overall field of vision, particularly when looking up, and a one-size-fits-most format accommodates those who wear hat sizes 6.5 through 8. A premium, easy-adjust ratcheting system allows the wearer to tighten or loosen the fit without having to take the helmet off, and the rachet system's one-handed adjustment knob pivots to improve overall ergonomics while providing extra clearance for bandana or ponytail knots. A padded, moisture-wicking, odor-resistant sweatband and top pad line the sides, forehead and top of the interior, and both the headband and top pad are removable for machine-washing and/or easy replacement. An integrated chin strap allows the wearer to secure the helmet in place to ensure protection during sudden movements, falls and impacts. Built with even weight-distribution and comfort in mind, all Skullerz 8975 helmets should deliver a snug, balanced fit to please nearly anyone. Patent-pending headlamp slots on the front and rear accommodate Skullerz Hard Hat Headlamps (lamps sold separately).
