BlueDogInk "Subscribe & Save / Autoship" Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in the Subscribe & Save / Autoship ("Subscription") program, you agree to the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). These Terms supplement any other agreements between you and BlueDogInk, Inc.

1. Subscription Enrollment & Savings

  1. Enrollment. To enroll, you select eligible product(s), choose a delivery cadence (weekly, monthly, quarterly, or custom), and complete checkout with payment information.
  2. Subscribed items will ship automatically according to your selected frequency.
  3. Subscription Savings. Subscription orders receive exclusive savings (e.g., 5% discount) on qualifying products ("Subscription Savings"). Some products or brands may restrict discounts; in that case the savings will be reflected on the product’s Subscribe & Save page or during checkout.
  4. Promotions. Promotional pricing on sale or hot buy items may override Subscription Savings; once the promotion ends, your subscription pricing will revert to the regular price plus the applicable subscription discount.

2. Minimum Commitment & Cancellation

  1. Minimum Order Commitment. Your subscription requires a minimum of two (2) shipments before cancellation is permitted. You may skip or reschedule deliveries during this period (see Section 3), but the option to cancel will remain locked until after your second subscription order has been processed.
  2. Once both conditions in Sections 2.1 and 2.2 are satisfied, you may cancel the subscription at any time, and no future orders will be placed.
  3. If you attempt to cancel before satisfying the minimum or time requirement, the system will not allow cancellation—only skipping, pausing, or rescheduling.

3. Skips, Pauses & Rescheduling

  1. At any time (even before the minimum commitment is met), you may skip a delivery (i.e., skip one shipment) or reschedule a future shipment date.
  2. Pausing your subscription (i.e., temporarily suspending all shipments for a period) is allowed, but does not count toward the minimum order requirement. The cancellation lock remains until both the minimum shipments and 30-day window conditions are met.

4. Cancellation / Termination

  1. After satisfying the conditions in Section 2, you may cancel via your account dashboard or by contacting support.
  2. Cancellation is effective after your current shipment is processed; you will not receive further future deliveries.
  3. Promotional pricing adjustments are not available for previously placed, processed, or shipped orders.

5. Price Changes, Stock & Modifications

  1. Subscription pricing may change over time; we will notify you in advance of any increases.
  2. If an item is out of stock on your scheduled ship date, that item will be omitted from that shipment and you will not be charged for it; other items in your Subscription will still be processed.
  3. You may modify quantity, shipping address, frequency, or the product mix, up to the cutoff time (midnight before fulfillment).

6. Notices & Reminders

  1. We will send you an email reminder two (2) days before each shipment with the product details and upcoming order.
  2. If a payment fails (card expiration, insufficient funds, etc.), we will notify you and request updated billing information.

7. Miscellaneous

  1. BlueDogInk reserves the right to modify or suspend the Subscription program or these Terms at any time; we will provide reasonable notice to active subscribers.
  2. These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida.

By continuing with your subscription, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms.
