The Snap Disk 10 expansion array has been specifically designed to take advantage of the architecture and performance of the award-winning Snap Server 4500. This ideal combination offers simple, scalable cross-platform storage for file sharing and backup in data-intensive industries. The Snap Disk 10 features four hot-swappable disk drives that provide large storage capacity, high data availability, and maximum space efficiency in a slim, 1U rack-mountable chassis. A Snap Disk 10 controller card (not included) must be installed in the Snap Server 4500 prior to attaching the first Snap Disk 10. Each controller has two connectors so only one card is required for up to two Snap Disk 10 arrays. All other required components (cables, software, etc.) are included with each Snap Disk 10.
