Shipping Methods and Rates

All Web orders are shipped FedEx or UPS ground with the exception of APO/FPO orders which will ship USPS. We generally ask that our customers allow between 2 and 7 business days for their order to arrive. However, 90% of all orders arrive within 1-3 business days. Orders under $100 are charged a low Flat Rate shipping cost of $5.95. Orders above $100 are charged 6% of the order total. And orders of $500 and above are shipped FREE of charge. Exceptions to Free shipping include oversized printers, where we charge a minimal delivery fee because of special freight requirements.

Next Day Air/Second Day Air shipments are currently available only when calling us at 1-877-258-3364. Cost of these shipments will vary based on amount and weight of items being shipped.

Canada orders will be shipped UPS or FedEx ground and may incur a handling fee based on the order.

Alaska and Hawaii orders must ship 2Day Air through UPS or FedEx and may incur handling fees based on the order.

APO/FPO box orders will ship USPS and may be subject to different shipping costs, if this occurs we will contact you.

International shipping methods and costs vary depending on the location, weight, and amount of items being shipped. We require a minimum order of $500 and reserve the right to refuse international shipments to certain locations.
