FedEx 2Day - By 4:30 p.m. in 2 business days to most areas (by 7 p.m. to residences).
FedEx Ground - Delivery day based on distance to destination
UPS Ground - 5 to 7 business days + 24-48 hours to process the order.
UPS 1Day - Guaranteed overnight delivery by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 noon, or end of the next business day depending on destination
UPS 2Day - Guaranteed delivery to every address by the end of the second business day
USPS - APO/FPO orders welcome! Delivery will take approximately 2 to 6 weeks. USPS is available to residential & business customers upon special request.
For HI and AK customers, Bluedogink.com will ship FedEx or UPS 2Day, and the shipping time will not be guaranteed. UPS available upon special request.
Canada orders will be shipped ground using carrier of our choice. Carrier Tax, Province Tax, and Government Tax are NOT included in Bluedogink.com's invoice and are solely the responsibility of the customer.
Bluedogink.com excepts International orders that meet our minimum $500 requirement.
Bluedogink.com does not ship orders during weekends.
No deliveries will be made on Saturday or Sunday. (Saturday Deliveries available only by special request)
Bluedogink.com does not guarantee Shipping times set by Carriers.
Resellers - Blind Drop shipments available upon special request.
All orders shipped within CA, and FL will be charged sales tax.
Bluedogink.com reserves the right to not except International orders based on certain locations and US orders based on certain requirements.
Bluedogink.com will sometimes offer an alphanumeric code that can be used for product purchases on our web site or over the phone. These promotional codes may be found in print and/or online advertisements, sent via email to our Newsletter and/or Promotion subscribers, presented on the Bluedogink.com web site or circulated at events and through other means. Some of the specials offered by entering a Promo Code during checkout include free shipping or volume discounts. The provisions for a Promo Code will be included with the code itself; if an expiration date or other condition is stipulated, just reference where you acquired the code for the exact requirements. Please note that Promo Codes are not redeemable for cash.
For your convenience, Bluedogink.com does its best to advertise any current rebates on our web site. Any use of these rebates is limited to the terms and conditions specified by the product manufacturer. If you have any questions regarding rebate terms and conditions, please contact the manufacturer directly. Bluedogink.com does not guarantee the listing of all rebates.
Sales tax is only required for orders shipping within our resident states of business. Therefore all orders shipping within Florida and California will be charged applicable sales tax.
Handling Fees and Surcharges
International orders will be charged Handling Fees based on products ordered. Canada orders may be subject to handling fees based on order. APO/FPO shipments will be charged additional shipping fees based on USPS charge. Over sized shipments such as large printers will be charged a minimal shipment fee based on special freight requirements.
Money Back Guarantee/Refund Policy
All merchandise may be returned within 30 days from the original invoice date for a refund. Exception: Unopened/Non-Defective merchandise. A return authorization number is required for all returns. A 15% restocking fee may apply. These terms apply to all refunds. After 30 days, customer must contact Manufacturer. Most products are under warranty by their respective manufacturer for 1 year. A 15% restocking fee will be applied to non-defective merchandise which is unopened. Shipping charges are non-refundable for non-defective unopened merchandise as well.
Bluedogink.com does not offer technical assistance. We Can however offer advice on compatibility of items, make product recommendations, provide technical support contacts, and give sales advice. We post all of the information the manufacturer provides us with for your convenience. Please contact the manufacturer directly for accurate answers to your technical questions or for additional information or specifications that are not posted at Bluedogink.com.
You can expect your order to be processed within the day you purchase, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with payment verification. Bluedogink.com does not guarantee same day-shipping, however most orders placed before 5pm Eastern Standard Time are shipped same day. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays.
Bluedogink.com will keep you informed of your order status via e-mail. All tracking information will be emailed to your Bluedogink.com user name once your order has shipped (USPS shipments will not receive tracking #'s). You may also acquire your order status and other live updates by logging in to your account on our website or by calling.
Security is our number one priority. All on-line transactions are sent through our secure server and encrypted with 128-bit technology. We also receive daily scans for any vulnerabilities, and are PCI certified.
Bluedogink.com respects your privacy. We will not under any circumstances sell or release your information to anyone. All of the information obtained from our web site will be used for processing purposes only. The only e-mails you will receive from Bluedogink.com are updates to any recent orders and/or returns and coupons.
You may request a change to your order provided the order has not already shipped. Please call 1-877-258-3364 during Bluedogink.com's hours of operation to request a change to your order. Please have your order # ready for better assistance. We strongly discourage sending change order requests via email because it is unlikely we will receive the message in time to make an adjustment due to the sheer volume of emails we receive each day.
You may request than an order be canceled provided the order has not already been processed and shipped. Simply call 1-877-258-3364 during Bluedogink.com's hours of operation to request an order cancellation. You will receive a credit for the full amount to your credit/debit card in approximately 1-3 business days. We strongly discourage sending order cancellation requests via email because it is unlikely we will receive the message in time to void the order due to the sheer volume of emails we receive each day.

Tax: All customers outside of California and Florida will not be charged any tax. Therefore, there is no need to fax or set up any reseller tax exemption form.
For California and Florida Resellers: Fax over your reseller permit to 1-305-682-1945. We will remove all tax from your order pending approval.
Bluedogink.com works for accuracy in all item descriptions, photographs, compatibility references, detailed specifications, pricing, links and any other product-related information contained herein or referenced on our website. Due to human error and other determinants we cannot guarantee that all item descriptions, photographs, compatibility references, detailed specifications, pricing, links and any other product-related information listed is entirely accurate, complete or current, nor can we assume responsibility for these errors. In the event a product listed on our website is labeled incorrectly due to some typographical, informational, technical or other error, Bluedogink.co shall at its sole discretion have the right to refuse and/or cancel any order for said product and immediately amend, correct and/or remove the inaccurate information.
Bluedogink.com Purchase Agreement
By accepting delivery of any product delivered from Bluedogink.com("Blue Dog Ink"), you ("Customer") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions listed below. You and Bluedogink.com agree that the following terms and conditions are the exclusive terms governing the sales transaction between Customer and Bluedogink.com. Any attempt to alter, supplement, modify or amend these terms and conditions by the Customer will be considered a material alteration of this agreement and, therefore, are null and void. In addition, these terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, without prior written notice. Therefore, please check these terms and conditions carefully each time you place an order with or accept delivery of any goods from Bluedogink.com.
Bluedogink.com SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Bluedogink.com offers our customers a 30-day satisfaction replacement or refund guarantee on all purchases. except when the item is unopened and non-defective.
To take advantage of Bluedogink.com's satisfaction guarantee, the customer must comply with the Product Return Procedure detailed below. Any breach of Bluedogink.com's Return Policy Procedure will result in the loss of Bluedogink.com's refund/replacement guarantee. Furthermore, all return shipments not in compliance with these instructions will be rejected.
Damaged Product Box
If Customer receives damaged box upon delivery, please refuse the products upon original delivery attempt. If damaged products are accepted from the carrier, such damage should be noted on the carrier delivery record. Please save the product and the original box and packaging and notify Bluedogink.com immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and a pick up of damaged products. Please notify Bluedogink.com Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org of damaged products WITHIN THE FIRST 10 DAYS of receipt. Timely receipt of this information is necessary for Bluedogink.com to file a damage claim. Damaged merchandise will only be exchanged for the exact same product.
If you have received defective merchandise you must contact Bluedogink.com within 30 days for Return/Exchange. After an RMA is issued, we then email or mail you a call tag (Prepaid Shipping Label). All defective merchandise will be inspected once returned to our warehouse. We can then issue you a full credit, store credit, or replacement to be redelivered. After 30 days, Customer will have to contact the manufacturer directly, most manufacturer's have 1 year warranties.
Non-Damaged/Defective, and Unopened Merchandise within 30 days of Original Purchase Date
If you have non-defective merchandise which is unopened, we will issue you an RMA # and will give you an address to ship the product to at your expense subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Non-Damaged/Defective, Opened Merchandise
We will not accept returns on merchandise that has been opened and is not defective.
All return products must have an RMA number or the return will be refused at our warehouse.
To receive an RMA:
• Fill out our online RMA form (link) or call us at 1-877-258-3364.
• Please return all products 100% complete including all original manufacturer boxes with the UPC code and packing materials, all manuals, blank warranty cards, accessories and any other documentation included with the original shipment. RMA approval is contingent upon, among other things, the products being 100% complete.
• Customer is not responsible for return shipping when item is defective. Bluedogink.com will send you a call tag (Prepaid Shipping Label) by email or mail. Customer is responsible for shipping charges when item is non-defective/unopened.
Bluedogink.com will not ship replacement merchandise until receipt of damaged or defective item.
All defective or damaged returns are subject to verification by on of our staff members.
Failure to return a product within the return period will be deemed to be an acceptance of the product.
BLUEDOGINK.COM ONLY PROVIDES OUR 30 DAY GUARANTEE. THE PRODUCTS MAY, HOWEVER, BE COVERED BY EACH MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY, SERVICE, AND SUPPORT POLICY (IF PRESENT). BLUEDOGINK.COM ASSIGNS AND PASSES THROUGH TO THE CUSTOMER ANY WARRANTY OF THE MANUFACTURER, AND CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT IT SHALL HAVE RECOURSE ONLY UNDER SUCH WARRANTIES AND ONLY AS AGAINST THE MANUFACTURER OF THE PRODUCTS. BLUEDOGINK.COM MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR EXPRESS WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT EXCEPT THOSE STATED IN THIS DOCUMENT. The name of Bluedogink.com or any of the above trademarks or logos may not be used in advertising or publicity pertaining to distribution of this information without specific, written prior permission. If you breach any of these Terms, your authorization and rights to use this Site automatically terminates and you must immediately destroy any downloaded or printed materials.

Payment Terms; Orders: An order is not binding upon Bluedogink.com until it is accepted; Bluedogink.com must receive payment before it will accept an order. Payment for product(s) ordered is due prior to shipment. Customer can make payment by credit card, or some other method prearranged with Bluedogink.com. You agree to pay the amount(s) due as specified on the invoice, and you agree to pay interest on all past-due sums at a rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is greater.
These terms and conditions, together with Bluedogink.com's invoice regarding the products ordered by Customer, are the complete and exclusive agreement between Bluedogink.com and Customer, and they supersede all prior or contemporaneous proposals, oral or written, understandings, representations, conditions, warranties, and all other communications between Bluedogink.com and Customer relating to the subject products. This agreement may not be explained or supplemented by any prior course of dealings or trade by custom or usage.
